We currently only offer shipping within the United States. 

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

We strive to get your order into your hands as fast as possible. Please note that the shipping times noted above are quoted after the order is processed. Printing turnaround times are about (5-7 business days). You will receive a confirmation text or email (depending on the information provided at checkout) with a tracking number once your order is completed and shipped.  

What if I get tracking number that confirms delivery but I didn't receive my package?

If this occurs, please contact us so that we can follow up with the carrier to confirm delivery or delays in processing. (See contact info)

I was sent the wrong item. What happened?

At Gym Devotion, we strive to ensure quality to our customers. Please accept our apologies and let us help correct the mistake. We will do our best to remedy the situation and get you your correct order as soon as possible. The resolution will vary depending on your specific situation. Please contact us via email (see contact info). Sending a picture of the item is always appreciated and may expedite your resolution.

What type of warranty is included with my purchase?

We do our best to select quality products that are comfortable and durable. Your satisfaction with our products is one of our number one goals. If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please e-mail our customer service for assistance. Providing a picture of the defective item helps us to quickly resolve the situation. 

Do you offer refunds?

Gym Devotion currently does not offer refunds on goods purchased. We are very interested in hearing from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please e-mail us so that we can discuss how we can replace or resolve your situation. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Before purchasing, please check size charts for detailed measurements or e-mail service for further clarification.
